If you have any concerns about bullying, guns, or anything else affecting school safety, please use this form to express those concerns. Leave it somewhere a teacher or staff member will find it (turn it in with your homework, leave it on someone’s desk, however you feel comfortable). You can also call the Campus Crime Stoppers Line at (816) 986-1450 to report any safety concerns.
